These are primary shredders for the first reduction of waste in general and industrial waste. Twin-shaft shredder D series is suitable for the first volumetric reduction of the bulky materials This step makes better results at each subsequent such as second reductions or separations steps. They are made with electric transmission. The larger models, D60 and D110, can be made with hydraulic transmission if the incoming materials are particularly tough and require high cutting torques.
Scrap ferrous waste shredders D20, D40, with traditional rotating blades while shredding with D60 and D110 can be made with sector blades to drastically reduce replacement and maintenance times by not requiring disassembly of the rotating shafts. The rotating shears for scrap D150 and D200 with powers from 150 to 250 Kw are made for the reduction of metal and ferrous scrap. They are equipped with sector blades and hydraulic traction. These are shredders characterized by an extreme cutting force and rotation speed reduced to a minimum.
