Shredder electric scrap, Vertical delamination mill for electronics shredding, waste electrical and electronic equipment shredding
Shredder electronic scrap, vertical delamination turbine is designed to reduce the size of the materials in particle sizes by a few mm in order to be treated into the final separation which is dry densimetric separation tables or equivalent separation systems. The delamination mill can be used as an alternative to the traditional blade mill where the volumes of the incoming material influenced and it in terms of quantity and physical characteristics. The vertical mill introduces some advantages over the blade mill: it can also operate in the presence of residues of ferrous or stainless steel materials and requires less adjustment of the blades.
Shredding WEEE, Elv's, electronic scrap and much more with the vertical delamination mill to reduce the particle size of the materials to a fine fraction, giving the metals a rounded final rather than a filament shape, improving the performance of the separation systems, generally a vibrating sorting table or a multiple dry separation table. Basically the impact turbine can be compared with a blade mill but the very big advantage is the lower maintenance required reducing operativity cost although the system is advised for productions above 500 kg/h at least. An inverter can control the rotation speed to adapt the delamination turbine to the different types of incoming materials, reducing wear and tear and optimizing the energy consumption. The delamination mill requires a size range of the input material of about 25 - 30 mm that is easy to reach with the use of single-shaft pre-shredders with classifier screen. The Stokkermill delamination turbine is designed and manufactured in two models with a production capacity ranging from 500 to 3000 kg / h and is suitable for the treatment and enhancement of a wide range of types of materials.
