WEEE treatment plants

The electronic and electrical waste recycling and treatment plants made by Stokkermill Recycling Machinery will be exhibited at the next edition of Ecomondo 2022 - the Green Technology Expo – Rimini - Italy from 9 to 11 November 2022. The equipment for the treatment and the recycling of electrical and electronic waste that Stokkermill will present at Ecomondo 2022, the Green Technology Expo, will be the following:

WEEE treatment plants

Hammer mill HM100 for electronic scrap (WEEE). This weee hammer mill is capable of reducing the size of materials allowing the separation of metals from plastic components. The hammer mill is equipped with motors of between 100 and 200kW power depending on the type of material to be processed and the required capacity. The weight of the hammer mill rotor is around 5000 kg. The hammer mill’s rotor is reversible and allows both sides of the crushing hammers to be used. The reversibility of the scrap hammer mill rotor allows the operation to be carried out quickly, reducing downtime and machine maintenance.

Delamination mill for recycling electronic boards and electronic industrial wastes - weee. The impact mills are able to reduce the incoming materials down to a few mm in size allowing the separation of metal and plastic fractions. Stokkermill delamination mills are designed to reduce the wear on mechanical parts in contact with particularly abrasive materials, such as the fiberglass of electronic boards.

Four-shaft shredders of the F-series combine the features of double-shaft shredders and single-shaft shredders in a single machine. No risks the bulky and light waste floats over the shafts. In this way, materials containing ferrous parts, such as electronic waste, are easily reduced to the required size thanks to the interchangeable sorting grid.

Multi-outlet densimetric separators allow the separation of unsorted material streams with a particle size of less than 5 mm generated by refining systems, turbines, delamination mills, vertical mills and impact mills. Dry separators allow the vibration frequency  and table inclination to be controlled. The inclination of the table within a range of 10°.  The multiple outlet densimetric separators are the logical evolution of the VT series densimetric separation tables produced by Stokkermill Recycling Machinery.
