Automatic delamination system for treatment of frameless solar panels PRG 100

With the increase in discarded photovoltaic panels, there is a growing need for efficient and sustainable technologies for their treatment. The PRG 100 Stokkermill is an automatic, compact, and mobile system designed for the delamination of trimmed solar panels, with effective separation of the main fractions: silicon, glass, and EVA plastic.
Thanks to dry technology, the PRG 100 ensures a safe, clean, and highly efficient process without the use of liquids or chemicals, reducing environmental impact and operating costs.
Main Features
• Processing capacity: up to 2.5 t/h of edged panels
• Fully automatic operation
• Fixed or mobile configuration, on a roll-off frame or container
• Compact and sturdy structure, quick and safe installation
• Dry system, without water or chemicals
• Remote management via smartphone or mobile device
• Guaranteed operation with a single operator
Output Materials
The Stokkermill delamination system accurately separates the components of the panels to optimize material recovery.
The glass is divided into two fractions: one of high purity, reusable in industrial recycling, and a second intended for less demanding applications. Silicon powder, containing silicon, silver, and precious metals, is collected for further recovery processes. EVA (ethylene vinyl acetate) is separated to allow for proper recycling or disposal.
Designed to Be Where You Need It
The PRG 100 module is a scalable and flexible solution, ideal for:
• Collection centers or WEEE facilities
• Seasonal or demonstration campaigns
• Direct treatment at the collection site
Sustainability and Innovation
The PRG 100 represents a concrete step towards the circular economy, allowing silicon to be recovered and reducing the dispersion of valuable materials. An efficient, automatic system designed for the future of photovoltaic recycling.
