It all starts with primary shredding. The evolution of the Pro series is evident when looking "under the hood" of the new grinding units. The technical drawings speak clearly: these are not just smarter machines, they are structurally more powerful machines.
True Heavy Duty: Solidity is measured in kilograms. The new ML10,000 mill has a mass of over 2,000 kg, while the ML15,000 mill exceeds 4,000 kg. This impressive mass serves to absorb vibrations and process heavy materials (such as automotive wiring or thick industrial cables) without stressing the structure.
Assisted Maintenance ("Easy-Access"): We have revolutionized accessibility. As highlighted by the technical designs, the new mills come standard with hydraulic opening systems (hand pumps with tanks and cylinders) and gas springs. This allows the cutting chamber to be opened for blade changes or cleaning in a few minutes and without physical effort, drastically reducing plant downtime.

Between shredding and final refinement, the Pro series introduces a fundamental step for high productivity: the Zig-Zag separator.
This system operates immediately after the mill to perform an essential initial pre-sorting.
Function: The Zig-Zag immediately removes the heaviest rigid copper parts and large pieces of plastic or foreign metals.
Advantage: By removing the "heavy" and bulky material before it reaches the fine refinement stage, the load on subsequent stages is reduced. This allows the turbine and the density table to work faster and with greater precision on the fine fraction, increasing the overall hourly capacity of the plant.
After the mill and Zig-Zag, the material passes to the Turbine. This is a strategic and exclusive component: a true mechanical impact refiner.
While the mill cuts, the turbine works with the physics of the material. Thanks to the high speed and specific rotor geometry, the turbine "balls up" and densifies the metal.
"Densifying" Effect: The very fine copper wire (capillary), which could fly away with the plastic, is transformed into a small, compact, and heavy sphere. On the density table, the weight difference between this copper "ball" and the plastic becomes clear, ensuring perfect separation.
No Pre-Selection Needed: Thanks to this technology, the Multiflex Pro processes mixed streams. You can load thick cables and very thin data cables together: the machine handles everything in a single pass.
"Set & Forget" (Low Maintenance): This is a unique USP. Despite the high technology, the turbine is a robust component that requires very few settings and has negligible wear. You set it and forget it.
If mechanics are the muscle, electronics are the brain. The Pro series is equipped with an advanced control panel based on Schneider Electric components and PLC with ASEM display, designed to ensure total control and remote diagnostics.

HMI Touch Screen Interface: An intuitive panel for real-time monitoring of operational data (throughput, purity, alarms) and immediate parameter adjustments.
Integrated OEE Monitoring: The system automatically calculates the overall plant efficiency (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) by analyzing Availability, Performance, and Quality metrics.
Safety and Control: Complete equipment with emergency buttons, thermal relays, and overload protection for each motor, with panel-mounted ammeters for monitoring power consumption.
