Safe recovery of lithium, cobalt and nickel with efficient Stokkermill systems in a controlled atmosphere.
StokkermillRAEE is the division of Stokkermill Recycling Machinery specializing in the design and manufacture of plants for the recycling and refining of WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment) and the recycling of copper and aluminum electrical cables. The goal is to provide sustainable, efficient, and automated solutions for electronic waste management, ensuring maximum recovery of metals and recyclable materials.

Automatic line for shredding and processing WEEE, designed for the efficient recovery of ferrous and non-ferrous metals, plastic, glass, and electronic components. The continuous, highly engineered process reduces manual intervention and optimizes energy consumption, ensuring homogeneous, high-purity materials. The line is suitable for processing all major categories of electrical and electronic waste—from large and small appliances to IT devices, power tools, consumer equipment, lighting, medical devices, and vending machines—with modular configurations that can be customized to suit production requirements.
Stokkermill eddy current separators enable the efficient recovery of non-ferrous metals from WEEE. Installed in WEEE treatment lines, these systems are designed to crush, separate, and recover ferrous and non-ferrous fractions, ensuring high-purity material.
Multiple density tables are used downstream of refining lines to separate mixed materials smaller than 5 mm. Custom-designed, they allow for precise separation thanks to vibration and inclination adjustment, operating effectively on different materials.
X-ray sorting machines use the atomic density and composition of materials to analyze and separate objects accurately. Incoming material, such as plastic or metal, is irradiated with X-rays, which interact differently with each substance. A sensor detects the intensity of the X-rays, and software analyzes the data to automatically separate “good” materials from those to be discarded. Main applications include recycling, the food industry, and mining. Advantages: high precision, detection even on dirty materials, and operating speed.
The GS Series offers high-purity separation (up to 99.9%) thanks to adjustable vibration, air flow, and inclination. The system can self-learn and optimize parameters. Robust, customizable, and integrable into industrial plants.
