Copper Granules

Stokkermill CableBox is a compact, mobile, and eco-friendly solution for cable recycling. It provides real-time monitoring and analysis through Stokkermill’s data integration technology, optimizing performance and minimizing downtime.
It delivers high-quality output (copper, aluminum, ferrous), low dust emissions, plug & play startup, and a capacity of up to 2,205 lbs.
Suitable for data cables, technical cables, and industrial wiring.
The CableBox M60 is a complete industrial recycling system installed on a hook-lift mobile platform or containerized configuration. Designed according to a true Plug & Play philosophy, it combines the durability and performance of Stokkermill stationary recycling lines with the flexibility of a compact, mobile solution.
This configuration is engineered to process complex material streams, efficiently handling not only standard electrical cables but also copper/aluminum radiators, automotive wiring harnesses, and mixed scrap, delivering high throughput and excellent recovery rates within a reduced footprint.
A dedicated configuration of the CableBox M60 has been developed specifically for the North American market, with a strong focus on the processing of Teck cables (armored cables containing mixed copper and aluminum).
Dual Density Separation Tables (Optional):
The optional integration of a second separation table makes the system extremely effective on these challenging materials. The plant is capable of cleanly separating copper and aluminum fractions in a single pass, maximizing the commercial value of both metals while eliminating cross-contamination.
A key differentiator compared to standard containerized recycling systems is the standard integration of the Stokkermill Turbo Refiner.
Performance Advantage:
While conventional blade granulators struggle with fine and capillary wires, often losing valuable metal in the plastic fraction, the Turbo System pulverizes the insulation and agglomerates the copper, ensuring near-total metal recovery with up to 99.9% purity, without the need for pre-sorting.
Unlike many closed, fixed-capacity mobile solutions, the CableBox M60 is built on an open and fully expandable architecture.
The system grows alongside the customer’s business and can be upgraded with multiple peripherals to increase productivity and material versatility:
Pre-Shredding Options:
Ready for integration with single-shaft or twin-shaft primary shredders to process high volumes or particularly tough materials.
Automation Systems:
Integration with infeed conveyors, advanced magnetic separators, and automatic dosing and feeding systems for continuous, efficient operation.
The mobile hook-lift design provides immediate and tangible operational benefits:
Operational Flexibility:
A turnkey, ready-to-run solution requiring no civil works or permanent foundations.
Permitting & Regulatory Advantages:
In many U.S. and Canadian jurisdictions, the mobility of the system represents a strategic advantage, often simplifying permitting and environmental approval processes compared to fixed recycling plants.
