Function in the photovoltaic module recycling line

1. Preparation and loading The photovoltaic panel (complete or already cut) is inserted into the automated system.

2. Crushing and delamination The various layers of the module, including glass, EVA, silicon, and metals, are separated using crushers or delamination mills.

3. Glass separationThe OS1000 optical separator accurately identifies and separates the crushed glass from other materials in the stream.

4.    Refining and storageThe remaining fractions, such as metals and plastics, are further processed for final separation. The recovered glass is stored for reuse.
