Optical Sorter OS1000

The OS1000 Optical Sorter is a latest-generation horizontal belt optical sorter, designed to ensure maximum precision in the processing and recovery of materials from WEEE and mixed waste. Thanks to an advanced detection system based on NIR (near infrared) sensors, visible spectrum cameras, and color recognition technology, the machine is able to analyze each individual particle in real time, identifying its composition, color, and transparency.

The material flow, managed by a high-performance belt, ensures constant and regular feeding. At the end of the belt, special high-speed air nozzles precisely separate the selected fractions from the rest of the material, ensuring a continuous, accurate, and fully automated sorting process. This technology enables sorting efficiency of up to 99%, supported by Deep Learning algorithms that allow for continuous optimization of system performance. The OS1000 is therefore an ideal solution for companies operating in the recycling and recovery of materials.
