As previously highlighted, this line provides a solid and innovative foundation, capable of processing approximately 800–1,000 kg (1,760–2,200 lbs) per hour while ensuring a high recovery rate by weight of incoming materials. The SOLAR-EL process is meticulous and optimized, incorporating mechanical frame removal (aluminum frame separation), intensive delamination to separate silicon and EVA, and final refining stages to produce high-purity material fractions.

The greatest strength of the SOLAR-EL system is its modular design. This Entry Level line can be easily upgraded into a fully automated system within the larger and more advanced Stokkermill SOLAR series.

For companies operating at industrial processing volumes, Stokkermill has developed a complete range of high-capacity systems. These are not simply larger versions of the Entry Level model, but fully automated ecosystems designed to redefine efficiency:
High Throughput Capacity: Systems start at 1,500–2,000 kg/h (3,300–4,400 lbs/h), scale to 3,500–4,000 kg/h (7,700–8,800 lbs/h), and exceed 4,000 kg/h (8,800+ lbs/h) in the largest configurations.
Time Savings Without Pre-Processing: Unlike smaller or manual systems, Stokkermill’s large plants do not require prior aluminum frame removal before processing. This significantly reduces operating time and associated risks.
Full Automation & Process Control: Complete lines are managed by a PLC system and require only two operators.
