Installation of a material separation plant with laboratory equipment and machinery.
The plant consists of three parts
- electrostatic separator, which uses electrostatic charge to separate particles of different conductivity, allowing the recovery of metal fractions with dimensions between 0.04 and 8 mm;
- densimetric table, which separates materials according to their density using a vibrating table;
- triboelectric loader, which generates charges on powdered or granular materials through rubbing, so that they are sorted according to their alectric properties.
